The Cottage

With an open fireplace, as well as night storage heaters for when the weather’s cooler, Rivendell is perfect for a holiday at any time of the year. It is well placed in the heart of Ringstead, a popular Norfolk village with local store for stocking up on provisions, antiques centre, and The Gin Trap, a local pub that serves excellent ales and good food. There is a playground next to the church in the village which will keep the younger ones entertained with swings, a roundabout and slide.

Located on the Peddars’ Way, the village provides easy access for exploring this ancient route that runs from Thetford through to the North Norfolk coastline - a great base for walkers and cyclists with plenty of picturesque little villages to discover along the way.

• Sitting room offering a cosy place to relax at the end of the day with comfy sofa and chairs, open fireplace, flat screen Freesat television and DVD player.
• Kitchen/diner which is well presented with pine cupboards, electric cooker, washing machine, microwave and fridge.
• Double bedroom with pine furniture.
• Second twin bedroom with two single beds and pine furniture.
• Third bedroom which is a nice size with single bed, cot and pine furniture.
• Bathroom which is modern, tiled and offers a wash basin, WC and shower over bath.
• Conservatory (single glazed) at the back of the property where you can sit and look out over the garden which is long with lawn, mature trees, outdoor furniture and BBQ (charcoal), along with garage with parking at the front.

Additional Information

The price includes electricity, bed linen (except for cot), hand and bath towels and kitchen linen. Logs and coal are not provided but are available locally. Unfortunately pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed.
